At Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 At Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. we back our products. To qualify for a return kindly ensure that:

1.1.1 Your item is purchased through Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. and,

1.1.2 Your item must be unused, or in the same condition as you received it and;

1.1.3 Your item must be repackaged in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1 If you qualify for a return, you can initiate a return's claim by contacting us either through email at sales@oshiclamps.com or call us at 011 463 4334 or +2779 039 6831 to lodge your return claim.

2.2 Please note that your return claim should include all of the following information:

2.2.1 A full product description,

2.2.2 Your relevant order number,

2.2.3 Proof of purchase of your Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. product.

2.2.4 Whether you intend to claim for a refund or an exchange.

2.2.5 Reasons for instituting a return claim.

2.3 Once we are in receipt of the information, we shall assess your claim. Our assessment process can take between 1 – 2 business days.

2.4 You'll get an authorisation number from Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. if your return claim is provisionally approved. If your return is denied, Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. will send you written reasons for the denial.

2.5 Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. does not cover the costs or damages incurred when a customer returns or ships an item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees for cross-border shipment.

2.6 It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any item returned and refunded be delivered to Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd.

3. Refund Process

3.1 After Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. receives your item and the required information for your return claim, we will inspect it. This inspection will check for any damage, wear and tear, missing parts, or tampering.

3.2 Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. will assess the item and either finally approve and/or reject your refund request within 7 – 10 business days.

3.3 Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to approve a partial refund.

3.4 Please be advised that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Process

4.1 This process is limited to Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. items that are damaged and/or malfunctioning.

4.2 Should you receive a damaged or defective item from Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. that you'd like to return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll require the following information in addition to your standard return claim details:

4.2.1 A description of the goods and the damage or defect.

4.2.2 Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

4.2.3 Your tax invoice alternatively your order number.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you have issued a return claim, refund or exchange claim and you have not received your refund after 10 business days, kindly report the delay to us via Email at sales@oshiclamps.com.

5.2 Please note that the time it takes for payments to process can vary depending on the banks involved. Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. is subject to the banks' processing times and cannot release funds any sooner than the bank allows once payment has been made to the designated account.

6. Exclusions

6.1 Please note that Oshiclamps (Pty) Ltd. cannot accept responsibility or provide refunds for items that fall into the following categories:

6.1.1 Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage not present at the time of delivery, including those caused by improper handling or storage.

6.1.2 Products returned without all original components, such as packaging, manuals, or accessories.

6.1.3 Any item that has been opened, used, or modified in a way that suggests tampering.

6.1.4 Returns initiated after our stated return period has expired.

6.1.5 Goods acquired from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.
